This is a beer to commemorate Josh Martin’s many contributions during his tenure at Triptych. After nearly 8 years on our team, or 2,787 days to be exact, with a hand in well over a thousand batches of beer, he has stepped away from brewery life. Over the years, Josh was a steady part of the operations that keep Triptych moving. For his last batch, he chose the recipe and step into the brewhouse.

2,787 Days is a classic American Pale Ale brewed with Centennial, Cascade, and Citra. This beer has notes of grapefruit, orange zest, and light pine over a balanced malt backbone. This was Josh’s recipe and a style he always enjoyed brewing and drinking.
