Each batch at Triptych is comprised of one or more “turns” of the brewhouse. We take this moment to recognize and celebrate 1000 batches brewed, even if we’ve actually brewed a few more turns than that. For this beer, we also finally acknowledge that we probably have an obsession with the India Pale Ale.
