A bright and toasty lager brewed with malt and corn from our friends at Sugar Creek Malt Co. This year we used a yeast from Mexico City. It adds a subtle mineral crispness that pairs beautifully with the Michigan-grown Saaz hops. The finish is spicy, herbal, and built for summer.
