Can’t You Hear Me Hopping?
A Triple IPA featuring Terpene making yeast
We combined lots and lots of oats with imported British Pearl malt, fermented with a special terpene producing yeast from our friends at Berkeley Yeast, and dry hopped using a blend of Strata, Citra and a new South African hop known simply as XJA2/436. The resulting 9.4% abv beer is an explosion of intensely dank notes of strawberry, lime, orange peel and fruit loops. A tight bitterness in the finish ties it all together.
