This West Coast IPA was brewed with a dry hop built from CryoFresh hops. These hops begin as unkilned whole cones, then run through a cryogenic process that concentrates the compounds that matter. It gives the beer a vivid hop brightness that feels closer to tasting the harvest than our usual kilned varieties. Mosaic, Simcoe, and Citra drive the profile with grapefruit, citrus peel, resin, and a little tropical fruit layered in.
