The Desert Island Beer Series is a place for our head brewer to highlight his favorite beer styles. Volume 5 is a West Indies Stout, also sometimes known as a Tropical Stout. Similar to a Foreign Extra Stout, this beer has a roasty sweetness with notes of coffee and chocolate.
