This year’s release is once again a blend of multiple bourbon barrels (eight of them to be exact), some that have been aging here for over three years and others for just one. After blending, we conditioned the beer on more than 600 pounds of coconut, or about 4.5 ounces (by weight) of coconut per bottle.

At 16% alcohol by volume, this stout is silky smooth and overflowing with toasted and raw coconut, vanilla, dark chocolate, and bourbon. It’s a decadent beer meant to be savored but enjoyed fresh. Don’t let that coconut fade to history… to legend… to myth.
