The first in a new series of Heirloom Lagers. Using almost exclusively Isaria 1924 malt, we used a single-decoction mash, buttered with German Perle, and finished with a late addition of Saphir. Warm biscuits and hop-driven citrus and spice makes everything about this lager nice.
