2023 is “The Year of the Saison” in our eyes.

This year’s edition of NOBLE CURVES uses a yeast purportedly originating in the Blaugies area of Belgium.This batch is a beautiful example of what Belgian yeast can do; incredibly dry and attenuated, expect lots of bubblegum, juicy fruit esters and spicy, peppery notes through the finish.
