We took our favorite double IPA recipe and instead of blasting it with a huge dry hop at the end of fermentation, we blew it up with Pineapple, Orange, Coconut and a dash of Nutmeg. An homage to the ubiquitous Virgin Islands cocktail, RUNNOFT is what we all fantasize about doing when we retire. No lactose/milk sugar was used in this beer.
