Summer in the Pub is an English Summer Ale. While rooted in British pub tradition, the style has long embraced newer hop varieties, and we leaned into that with Citra Cryo and Nectaron. The result is a malty, easy-drinking ale with a touch of citrus, a little tropical fruit, a light haze, and plenty of pint-after-pint drinkability.
