A collaboration with our friends at Goldfinger Brewing in Downers Grove, Illinois. We made an amber lager featuring native midwest ingredients including toasted wild rice from Minnesota, hops from Wisconsin and a long lost lager yeast from a defunct brewery in Milwaukee. Toasty, nutty wild rice character leads the way into soft caramel, before subtle spicy hop notes zip through a balanced, clean finish.
